Finding Your Voice on Etsy: Embrace Your Unique Path

Hey there!

Welcome back, and if you're new here, a warm welcome to you!

A few months ago, I embarked on an exciting journey by starting my own Etsy shop and launching this blog. It's always been a dream of mine to create and connect with like-minded individuals who appreciate my passion.

I'll be honest—I have so much to learn and improve upon, but I'm determined to dive right in. Building a thriving shop and fostering a vibrant community will take time, but I'm up for the challenge.

A glimpse of my little shop😍

In the midst of working full-time as a Lead artist for video games and adjusting to a new life on the other side of the world, I've been delving into countless videos on product research for Etsy shops. However, I must admit, they didn't quite spark my inspiration.

Most of the advice focused on creating products solely for the purpose of selling, but they lacked the relatability I sought. Some even suggested copying someone else's strategy or using AI-generated images without any personal touch.

I want to keep making abstract art, but not only that!

But here's the thing—I love exploring new avenues. While conventional wisdom suggests honing in on one specific niche, it simply isn't me. I thrive on diversity and embracing all aspects of my creative spirit.

I love making coloring sheets and things for kids!

So, I've made a decision. I'm going to follow my instincts and do what truly resonates with me, even if it means venturing into various creative realms.

  And figurative art as well!

Right now, I'm working on something exciting, and soon, it will make its way to my shop. Just like me, my shop will be a delightful mishmash of different passions.

I've been making this "BaraBaras", in my personal style for years,  and I'm going to add this to the shop soon!

Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts! I'm genuinely eager to hear your feedback and thoughts in the comments below.

Cheers to embracing our unique paths!
